Jenner lives.   Jenner, although seriously wounded, was saved from death by the powers of the NIMH treatments within his body.   Jenner, as is usually the case with those driven by evil, always had many followers.   On his apparent death they melted back into the shadows.   Now word is beginning to reach them that Jenner in fact lives, and now plans to take over the rats' lair at Thorn Valley.   They see a new chance, and they are ready to take it.

Consumed by hatred and a thirst for revenge, as well as a wish to make you suffer for your part in his previous failure, Jenner has sent word to you that he has taken hostage the children of Jonathan Brisby.   They are hidden in his secret lair, and they will be killed if you try to intervene.

You believe, however, that he plans to kill the children and yourself whatever happens, and you see your only option being to locate the Thorn Valley rats, warn them of Jenner's plans, and hope you are in time to stop him...
